Happy Autumnal Equinox everyone!!

I haven't been able to balance an egg yet, which is sad. But I'm still going to make my extra special apple muffins later! I should have made them yesterday for today, but oh well. This just means everyone who wants one can have some fresh baked goodies for dessert! And I didn't know this, but the apple muffin is the official muffin of New York State!

I really want to go apple picking now. Well not right now as I have classes, but later. Soon. Sometime. Anyone know of a good orchard around here?

Well duh. It all depends on how the liquid and yolk inside the egg gets arranged. You can totally balance an egg whenever if you have enough patience. And time.

It's a silly tradition, but I still do it.
